Connie + Jason

It was the last wedding of the year for me. Connie & Jason were married at Immaculate Conception in Woodbridge. I was a little disapointed that we did not get any snow today. I was really looking forward to shooting a snowy, winter wedding!
Connie had the cutest shoes. The little bit of fur gave a nice classy look.
Mmmmmm….jelly beans! Off to the church!

Look at the smiles on these two!………you would think they just got married or something.

Here’s Connie’s sister showing her what must be a humerous shot!
When we were all done with our shoot, we were off to the reception. They had the Venetian Banquet Hall decorated so beautifully.
Jason dancing with his mom.

The Slater Family - Nov. 25, 2006

I had so much fun photographing this family!
I photographed Emily & Marc’s wedding a few years back. And today I had the honour of updating the family album with photos of Haydon & Mia. After Mia drove the family to our shooting location, we had some fun in the leaves! :o)

These kids were having a blast! I could have photographed them all day.

Emily & Marc were still smiling…..and still look very much in love……What a cutie!

Mia was wondering what was going on????

Catherine - Nov. 24, 2006

I spent today watching my friend Lina’s daughter, Catherine, since she had a PD day. (I remember those days) So I decided to surprise her mom, and her dad, Pablo, with some fresh photos of Catherine, and a slideshow. (Note: Catherine really hates to be photographed, but I told her she had no choice!) :o) She is so gorgeous…..just like her mommy!

Her shy look…..

This is Catherine when I told her we were done with the shoot. I’ve never seen her run so fast!

Violet & John - October 21, 2006

It was a perfect day for Violet & John this Saturday. They were married at St. Ambrose Church in Mississauga. Here’s Violet’s grandmother wanting a super hug! She’s so cute!Funny………..and I had such a craving for pickles that day :o)
Guys are usually relaxed……….and John was no exception. Anxiously waiting to enter the church……….We photographed the formals downtown and time permitted us to stop at a couple of different locations. I love the spontanaiety of stopping if I see that it will work out awesome in photos.

I couldn’t resist this shot!
The reception took place at The Jewel. Violet’s theme was totally my taste with warm, earth tones.

Grace & Curtis - October 7, 2006

Grace and Curtis were married this weekend in Mississauga. We started off in Oakville……..then Whitby………..then Mississauga…………then Oakville again. Lots of driving! This shot was taken during the ceremony at St. John of the Cross. They really are a great couple. Here’s Grace and Bix! He just loved his little tuxedo…..did not make a fuss at all.Curtis got ready at the Holiday Inn Select in Oakville.Love the necklace!
We photographed the formals at Erindale Park. Time was a little tight since the ceremony was at 2:30, but we worked quickly and managed to get it all done.We had a fun bunch today. PJ……in particular…..was quite the jokester. (Far right)

Here’s Curtis loading up all the trimmings!
Did anyone see the moon tonight? I have never seen the moon so BIG as it was today. Just incredible! We had a pre-reception coverage and when we headed back to Toronto, I had to pull over on the highway and take this shot. It just seemed so close that you could reach out and touch it! Just beautiful………….

Nadia & Marcelo - Sept. 23, 2006

Another great day! Nadia & Marcelo were married this weekend at St. David’s Church where we later went to Pearson Convention Center for the reception. Our entertainment for the night was Veriation Music.

And this little piggy went to market and scored 2 rings! We sort of……..very quietly……stepped into Knox Collage (for about 4 seconds) and managed to grab this shot before getting kicked out. We did have a permit for shooting at the University of Toronto, but apparantly, Knox Collage is separate from the collage. But that’s ok because this shot is exactly what I was aiming for!

Both Nadia and Marcelo’s parants are VERY sweet people. This intimate prayer photo of Marcelo’s mom and dad was taken during the ceremony.
Little Cristina all smiley!
Fall is my favorite time of year. The colours are just starting to come alive. I love it! Our videographer for the day was Andrea from Digital Memories Studio. She was great to work with…..and I love the way she captured those candid, arial shots!
Marcelo was very calm and relaxed. His swimming pool made an awesome backdrop!
Gotta get the shoes!
