I am so excited to announce that earlier this year I was contacted by WPPI to speak at their upcoming conference in Las Vegas in March 2010! Who would have thought??……little ‘ol me?? I will be holding a Master Class and will be speaking mainly about Weddings. My class is called “The Passionate Photographer - Weddings that Sizzle!” You can find it in the latest issues of Rangefinder Magazine in the WPPI Speaker Schedule. It is frightening to even think about speaking at such a prestigious event, especially to someone who has always had a fear of public speaking, but I am going in trusting God that He will give me the confidence I need. Sometimes I literally feel like my passion for what I do overflows….and so I would LOVE to share that with people and refuse to let anything get in the way.
I have always loved attending WPPI in the past years and connecting with some pretty amazing and talented fellow photographers around the world. There is always so much going on at this International show such as Competitions, Speakers, Special Events and the largest trade show around where you can find the latest toys! (You’ll see me in there most of the time :) I am going to work real hard at putting together an exciting class that will inspire photographers to kick it up a few notches! To “feel” their images at the time of creation. My encouragement to photographers and goal is that they walk away with an abundance of information that is going to take their passion and business to the next level! This class will be limited to only 35 attendees, so if you’d like to attend, just go online and register with WPPI before it fills up.
