Okay everyone, exciting news! This is something that has been “brewing” for a while . I constantly receive many inquires from other photographers asking me if I hold Workshops. As much as I would love to gather with other photographers from around the world and share my passion with them, time simply prevents me from…

Dana Goodson - I wish I could have voted for “all of the above”! I definitely want to hear about how you book your clients but my next choices would be in this order: lighting, posing and photoshop tutorials. Can’t wait to hear the news!
Brian - Silvana – from the looks of it, people are wanting your Photoshop processing method. But your photos are so much more than that…your mastery over the camera, your creativity, and your personality that helps you connect with your clients really shows in your photos. I think this calls for a DVD set (or ordered separately) and a live all day workshop with bride and groom models. I would also be up for a video of a full day wedding shoot similar to what Mike Colon did for a rainy wedding in Toronto. Thank you for wanting to help us out! Let me know if you need any help as I’m sure most everyone else here would be willing to help in some way beyond this survey. Looks like you will have your hands full!
Antony - Sounds great, I suggest a format that allows international photographers to participate, eg. video tutorials available for download etc.
Carla - Silvana this is so exciting. Any time with you would just be such a blessing to learn more and get more tips. I think your editing skills are amazing too so both watching your shoots and photoshop workshops would be incredible. I’d be fighting for first place in line as it sounds like everyone else will be lining up too. Wishing you all the best as you plan this new service in your business.
Sophie - Noël de Tilly - Have voted for Photoshop tutorials and

would definitely make the trip to T.dot and area to gather with you and other photo passionates to share and perfect our craft…..
……..gathered around a special RAW food buffet perhaps?
Au plaisir!
Sophie from Montréal.
{BASSEM} - THIS IS FANTASTIC NEWS!!! I would love to watch you in action sister! videos, videos and more videos please!! Did I say videos? *wink* much luv, b.
Trevor Allen - I would to come over for a workshop – however I may not be able to make it. However, it would be super if you streamed a workshop. If you weren’t able/willing to stream…what about possibly selling those vids of you shooting (as that is one of the topics I am most interested in).
Vaida - So I have to confess something I guess… I have been secretly stalking your blog for some time now….:) I’m absolutely in love with your style and I wish to someday assist you on your jobs. In fact, I believe this is the best way one could learn from you, by watching you work on location on a real assignment. Heck, I bet most of us would even pay to assist you…
All the best to you, Silvana. And I’ll be the first to come check out your workshops/tutorials when you it is ready.
Pauljc - @Silvana:I love your picture after retouch to much, and I dont know how could you do that, so if you have any video tutorial for photoshop please email me back at paulhoangluu@yahoo.com, I need to buy this one,I hope u can do that as soon as possible. Thank you so much…..(I’m waiting for your video)
Elenora Luberto - I met you at my brother-in-law’s wedding (Carlo and Danielle) and knew right off the bat that they had chosen a one-of-a-kind photographer. I’ve yet to see such amazing work from another.
I shoot with a D300 and am currently halfway through the Professional Photographer’s course with the New York Institute of Photography. If I could eat, sleep and breathe Photography, I would. I told Danielle that I wish I could spend even just one day with you to soak up everything I could possibly learn from you.
I’ve ear-marked your site as a “favourite” and enjoy seeing your new additions. This recent blog entry and poll is what I’ve wished for since seeing your work.
In terms of your poll, it’s a toss-up between lighting and Photoshop: it all starts with lighting, but I see you adding some amazing spins post-processing. Ideally, I would want to follow you from start to finish, to see what you get SOOC and then what you do with editing.
I just want to learn from you — ANYTHING at this point.
Thanks so much for being willing to share your craft. I look forward to seeing where this goes!
Elenora Luberto
Julie Mckee - Hi Silvana! I would absolutely love some tips! There is not another photographer that inspires me like you do! Looking forward to whatever information you have to offer!
Silvana - Wow, thanks for all the comments and love everyone! This will really help. Keep the votes coming
Paul - This year was a blessing for me to meet you for a short time during WPPI and I was totally fascinated!Last night I couldn’t believe my eyes when I read about the poll on your fb page.Your photoshop editing is a must for me!Hope to hear news in the near future!
Patricia - Wow Silvana, I was just thinking about writing to you and asking if you would mind answering a few questions, but thought it would be too much of an imposition. How kind of you to share your secrets!
I LOVE you work, consequently, really ‘study’ you work, never being able to figure out how you do your effects. I’m especially interested in how you do your “blurring” (don’t think it’s ordinary photoshop filters) and which software you use for your black and whites. I also wonder how you get those “mood” pieces, i.e, photoshop filters, lightroom, Nik software? Hands down the number one thing I would want to see/learn is “From camera to finish; your digital lab.”
Second would be footage of actually shooting a wedding, and anything else would be a bonus. Ideally, I would love to spend a week with you, going with you to shoot a wedding subsequently, all of the follow up. If you ever offer THAT, one person at a time, (a week with Silvanna) I think you would have lifelong students. And hey, we could even shoot a few with you!
You are very kind! Thank You.
Patricia
p.s. The first time I ever saw you work I cried; totally moved by beauty!
Clifton Li - I would love to have some one-on-one tutorials… haha!!
Sara - I also wanted to vote for all of the above. And yes, I’m totally stoked about you doing something like this!
Kath Siebert - I’d be in line behind Ingrid as your second client. I too would LOVE to see your post processing work since your photos are unlike any I see online. They are always outstanding – which seems like such an understatement.
I would jump at the chance to hear you speak in person or simply read anything you’d be offering.
Thanks for being willing to share what you’ve been given as a gift, we truly appreciate it.
KS
Dana Goodson - Yes, I’d have to say all of the above too! However, if I could only pick one, it would be your post processing routine and photoshop skills. I’d love to see the progression of your images. For example, SOOC > how you get them to the proofing stage> and then final image for album/blog.
Posing and videos of you shooting would be my next two choices.
Keep me posted, I’d LOVE to learn from you. Thanks!
)
Ingrid - ALL OF THE ABOVE AND I’LL BE YOUR FIRST CLIENT!!!!! xo
SO excited for this!
